He does great work (and he had a tough job the last time he was at my place, cutting through a wall, etc.), and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why. Had an amazing experience from the first call with the polite knowledgeable young lady in the office to the plumber who responded. Pricing was great, and they were able to accommodate my needs and were able to use some fancy equipment to identify the source of my leak. This is the company my home warranty chose for me when I was having trouble with my toilet. It was an easy job, but they did a great job. Showed up early, very polite, friendly and efficient. The woman answering the phone to do scheduling is very nice too!
Had soft water valve blow sometime overnight Sat/Sunday morning. Massive water leak in yard; Stephen T. responded within 30 mins (7am) and repaired the issue. Totally professional and helpful; will use this company again.
Absolutely LOVED working with this company! We got connected by a warranty company that sent 3 previous companies out who couldn’t fix my hot water heater. I ordered a dishwasher from a big box store, with installation. It arrived; the delivery subcontractor looked under the sink and said I can’t install. He called his office and I talked with them and they asked to speak to the “driver.” I called Peninsular Plumbing; they sent a very nice young man and installed my dishwasher with no problem. I do not like arguing with the kids to do the dishes, but when I do and they put the food down the wrong drain and it is completely backed up, I am so very thankful for Peninsular Plumbing for coming to my rescue every time! Great service, great employees, great attitudes!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! Our company had a few toilet clog and drain issues as of recently. The company we normally used (based out of Tampa, also a well-known national brand) said the issue was in the lines and gave us a quote of $2,900 for a recommended Descale and HydroJet service. We reached out to a few other companies and received quotes for the service we were told we needed. Upon speaking to Brian and Jerry from Peninsular Plumbing, we went with PP as they not only worked the most efficiently with our schedule, but had a clear-cut proposal that really broke down the price (on what was recommended by the original company we called), and sent the proposal to us within the hour. Upon arrival, Matt and his apprentice Ben did not waste any time. They worked together, locating the cleanout to perform a camera service so they could better evaluate the situation prior to execution (super smart, as most companies just dive head-in). After using the camera, Matt went over the results with the head of maintenance and the property manager, showing that there was no buildup after all, and explained the issue and the steps to not only prevent the issue but why the issue happened in the first place, and showed him the camera feed as he explained. If we would have hired the original company, we would have been paying for a service that was not even needed in the first place. Matt from Peninsular Plumbing not only saved us money, but provided honest, friendly, and thorough service. Extremely well-rounded company as a whole. I must admit living in a South Tampa 48-year-old building has led to some infrastructure problems. Peninsular Plumbing, and I must mention Ira Williams, without a doubt has been a pleasant ending to a busted pipe in the wall. I would without a doubt recommend Peninsular Plumbing. I thank Ira for his professionalism and detailed work. I contacted two plumbers before I ran into Peninsula Plumbing who convinced me they were able to do what I wanted and they were right. Ira is persistent and no matter what he runs into he seems to solve the problem. One word describes it and that’s Perfectionist.
Peninsular Plumbing is a great company — called them for drain cleaning and their technician (Tom G.) came out. He is ex-military, extremely personable, knowledgeable, and did not look like a convict from the TV show Cops. I got service scheduled for that same day and he cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.
5 stars all the way. Communication was great! They let me know who was coming and what time. Then installer Russell called to tell me he was 20 minutes out from my house. Russell installed a 30-gallon electric water heater for me which I supplied. His work ethic was top notch, professional, cleaned up everything before he left and has a great smile. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Russell. Pretty good deal on the price also. Thank you so much Russell!!
Mike Griffin and Eric Charbonier were the plumbers that repiped our house. They were polite, friendly, and explained everything that they were doing. They did a 4-day job in 3 days. They really worked their butts off. Would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!
I used Peninsular Plumbing at my house, and as soon as they walked in, the service tech Trevor was very clean and polite. I took him to the problem, and he gave me multiple options to fix it; he was not pushy and he made me feel very comfortable. Once he fixed the problem, he cleaned up after himself. I WILL RECOMMENED PENINSULAR TO ALL MY FRIENDS.
